I’m a clinical social worker and counsellor based in Prince Edward Island, offering a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they work through life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in curiosity rather than certainty. I don’t see myself as someone with all the answers, but as a partner helping you uncover your own insights.
With a background in sociology, anthropology, and social work, I draw on narrative, existential, and solution-focused therapies, blending practical tools with deeper conversations about meaning, identity, and change. Whether it’s anxiety, grief, addiction, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to meet you where you are with compassion and respect.
Over the years, I’ve worked across hospital settings, community clinics, and outreach services, always with the belief that healing happens in relationship. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you explore what matters most and discover new ways of moving forward.
